After graduating from a professional training college in New Caledonia in 2008 and armed with serious accreditations in office management Stephanie returned to Efate. Stephanie was excited at the prospect of starting a career in banking, with the ANZ. Stephanie reveled in any tasks undertaken particularly in Private Banking, telling, account opening and international operations, any assignment that gave her the opportunity to use her language and people skills. After an enjoyable 3 year stint Stephanie then took the opportunity to join the French utility company Unelco . Now in a managerial position, as office team leader and responsible for twelve colleagues Stephanie thrived, able to bring all her professional training to bear on the task at hand. Stephanie did miss the interaction with the public and when circumstances in her personal life made it necessary relocate to Santo for 6 months Stephanie grabbed the offer to represent the five star hotel Ratua Private Island, as the Assistant General Manager. Out of work Stephanie has continued to build upon her fascination of language. With French, English, Bichlamar and Vietnamese already under her belt Stephanie is an asset to any organization. Being in the throes of adding Spanish & Cantonese Chinese to her repertoire will certainly take her to the next level. (Shall we add that i’m currently learning Mandarin Chinese?) Today Stephanie is able to put all her training and experience into practice as a Property Manager with Caillard & Kaddour, starting as an assistant in 2012. Now as a commercial lease specialist Stephanie says her job is very intense at times dealing with investment property on one side and clients livelihood on the other but, it’s a very reward and enjoyable when the deal is done.
